We are proud to have made our European Service Center a comfortable and friendly environment to work in. We want our employees to feel encouraged to raise their ideas and proposals as well as issues and concerns. Our management promotes an open door policy.

Building teams

We constantly challenge ourselves to get better results every day and we have teams and tools in place to achieve this. But we also think it is important to balance work with other activities away from the office that help our people and teams grow together. Do you like cycling, hiking, jogging, reading or bowling? Creating careers

In 2014 our European Service Center held its first Internal Jobs and Careers Fair. We wanted to help our employees to better understand what job opportunities there are in other departments and encourage them to plan their career and development within our center.
